Position Overview

As a Retail Territory Manager, you will support a team of Sales and Marketing professionals in a retail environment. In this role, you will oversee individual contributors' performance and coach and train all team members. Your leadership and passion for supporting others will drive growth and profitability for the territory you manage.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: $95,000-$105,000 (Base + Expected Bonus)

Work Location & Hours

  • All retail locations within the Texas territory: Currently, 3
  • This position is not a remote working position
  • Work hours will vary Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm. Some Saturdays will be required to support the team. All stores are closed on Sundays.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales operations and implement sales plans within the territory
  • Supervise the operation of regional retail stores
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quarterly and annual sales quotas for the territory
  • Implement regional sales programs by developing digital and field sales action plans
  • Track sales performance, store activity, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on results
  • Counsel and correct staff behavior as needed to maintain team performance
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise team performance and results

Skills & Abilities

  • Punctual with a positive attitude and personal drive to exceed goals
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to ask insightful questions
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Persuasive and comfortable closing sales
  • Highly coachable, with the ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills (able to type quickly and navigate systems efficiently)
  • Attention to detail and process requirements
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Time management and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Able to lift 40 lbs if needed
