Consult and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Meet and exceed sales quotas, tracked daily, weekly, and monthly. Maintain a clean and organized salon environment. Handle daily administrative paperwork and track goals. What We’re Looking For: Availability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time and 35-40 hours for full-time positions. Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Customer service experience and a friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals. A polished professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand, bend, and walk for 5-8 hours per day.
