Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience by utilizing a proven sales strategy to understand each customer's unique sleep requirements and guide them to the ideal Sleep Number products for improved sleep. Foster strong relationships with customers by clearly communicating product advantages, promotional details, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Exhibit a determined pursuit of results by becoming a trusted “Sleep Expert” and consistently surpassing sales targets. Qualifications/Requirements Superior presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers. Previous experience in customer-facing roles, especially in high-end sales. A strong commitment to professionalism and a desire to represent the brand with integrity. Comfortable using technology essential for store operations, including POS systems and technology-driven sales presentations; a passion for technology is a plus. Capable of adapting and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. A genuine eagerness to develop professionally and contribute positively in a team setting. Motivated by a performance-based compensation structure. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S. with proficiency in English; additional language skills are a bonus. At least a high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education and training preferred. Compensation and Benefits A guaranteed base pay of $15/hour, alongside uncapped commissions and monthly bonus opportunities tied to performance, allowing for limitless earning potential.
