We Are Looking For: Motivated and driven Retail Sales Specialists to help us continue providing exceptional service to our valued customers. In this role, you will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products using our established selling process and state-of-the-art bedMATCH system. Preferred Qualifications: Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends. Our typical workweek includes 40 to 55 hours. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases. Provide our customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.
