As a Tecovas Retail Sales Specialist , you will play a crucial role in creating an unmatched shopping atmosphere while supporting the store leadership team. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service across all areas of the sales floor, including welcoming customers, making sales, sharing product knowledge, handling cash transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Your key responsibilities will include: Fostering a customer-centric sales environment through outstanding service and support. Assisting the team with receiving shipments and preparing products for display. Planning, tracking, and communicating all shipment details to the leadership team. Maintaining an organized stockroom for easy employee access. Leading the restocking process to ensure product availability. Supporting loss prevention efforts by participating in inventory counts and product transfers. Engaging in ongoing staff training by sharing your knowledge about products. Contributing to the upkeep of store facilities. Qualifications: Outstanding sales abilities, customer service skills, and a talent for building client relationships. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented work ethic. Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to transparency. Requirements: High School Diploma. Must be at least 18 years old. Able to stand or walk for extended periods, and to reach, bend, squat, or kneel while organizing inventory. Capability to provide excellent customer service. Ability to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis. Reliable transportation is a must. Availability to work 15-20 hours per week. Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), evenings, and holidays as required. Part-Time Benefits: Competitive hourly rate plus performance incentives.
