As a part-time Retail Sales Specialist, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that values your contributions and empowers you to succeed. The anticipated hourly pay for this position is $16.75 , based on your location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates and their families are eligible to access limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. Our 401(k) plan is available for eligible Associates, along with the opportunity to accrue paid time off, totaling up to 152 hours per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). You can also earn up to 64 hours of paid sick time annually when required by law. Process various sales transactions. Encourage customer participation in company programs. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Who You Are: Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication skills with customers and team members. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Willingness to adhere to our attendance policy. Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, and safely use a ladder. Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds and stand/move throughout your shift.
