Retail Sales Representative
Full-Time | In-Store Role

About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our in-store team full-time. In this customer-facing role, you’ll represent our brand, assist shoppers in finding the right products or services, and help drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and welcoming manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise to drive purchase decisions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems

• Achieve individual and store sales goals through upselling and cross-selling

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism

• Stay informed about promotions, inventory updates, and product launches

Compensation

• Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000 per year (base + commissions and bonuses)

• Employment Type: Full-time
