Essential Functions As A Retail Sales Representative:

Engage with retail customers to present and promote solar energy solutions, highlighting cost savings, environmental impact, and long-term benefits
Establish genuine relationships to ensure successful sales interactions and long-term customer retention
Close sales using consultative sales techniques and in-depth knowledge of the solar energy industry to meet weekly targets
Host and support on-site promotional retail events to drive customer interest and generate qualified leads
Track customer interactions, leads, and follow-up communications using company systems
Ensure customer expectations are achieved by providing outstanding customer service contributes
Stay informed about solar industry trends, local energy policies, and competitor offerings by attending daily trainings and meetings
