Job Overview:
As a Retail Sales Representative you will have the opportunity to interact with new and existing customers where your primary responsibility will be to identify needs through our products and services that benefit the customer and JM Wireless.
What You'll Do: Provide our guests with top-notch sales and service. Work with store management in opening and closing procedures. This includes handling cash, creating deposits, and counting inventory. Ensure the store is clean and always maintained. Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations and Training teams.

What You Need: High School Diploma/GED required 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding experiences Team player mentality with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor Willingness to pick up shifts at other locations within a reasonable distance from your home store. We highly encourage applications from candidates who are bilingual.
