Overview of the Role The Retail Sales Representative will manage their assigned territory by completing store visits, surveys, and tasks. They will take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This role includes merchandising and requires the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds. Location: Boston, MA (within a 40-60 mile radius) Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week Responsibilities include: Sell and merchandise our clients’ products in a variety of retail accounts. Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams. Retail duties including ordering products and stocking shelves from new orders. Conduct audits in local grocery stores and verify products are accurately represented on store shelves. Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory. Utilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines. Maintain a professional appearance; stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly; ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong communication skills. Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required. What You’ll Do at C.A.
