Engage in side-by-side selling to help customers find personalized solutions that connect them with what matters most. Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, including new skills and systems. Continuously seek out information to expand knowledge of wireless innovations during shifts. Education and Work Experience : High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting with people. Competitive drive with a proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment. Willingness to work collaboratively while learning and sharing ideas. Adept at balancing customer needs with performance goals. Licenses and Certifications : At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Additional Information : Hourly Base Pay: $17.50. Within the first 90 days, you will undergo on-the-job training and can earn incentive pay as you achieve training milestones. Upon completion, you’ll be promoted to the Mobile Expert role with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, which varies based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives, along with eligibility for an Annual Stock Grant.
