Job Overview: As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you will be a vital part of our Retail Team, contributing to the T-Mobile brand experience within National Sales partner locations. Your primary role will involve active customer engagement and building excitement around our innovative products and services. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs and technology are continuously evolving. Your ability to connect with customers and identify their needs will help you provide them with meaningful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a diverse customer base in a bustling retail setting. Utilize digital tools and effective communication to showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. Understand and identify customer needs, employing solution-based selling techniques. Deepen customer relationships by recommending tailored wireless solutions and assisting with onboarding processes. Complete comprehensive training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, products, and systems. Review personal results and current promotions regularly to maintain customer readiness. Collaborate with nearby store locations to ensure effective customer onboarding. Conduct skills training sessions, knowledge sharing, and support store operations. Be an enthusiastic customer advocate, committed to surpassing customer expectations through exceptional service. Actively follow up with customers, manage referrals, and track sales activities. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Required Skills: Passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to connect personally with customers. Effective at balancing customer experience with performance goals. Competitive mindset to thrive in a dynamic sales environment. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, with $5.00 per hour training pay. Eligibility for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year post-training. All employees at T-Mobile earn a guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k), stock grants, and more.
