Job Overview As a Retail Sales Mobile Associate, you will be a vital part of our Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. Engaging customers effectively is crucial for success. You will be an ambassador, creating excitement about our products and services. If you thrive in a high-traffic environment and are passionate about technology and customer satisfaction, this role is for you! Job Responsibilities: Engage proactively with diverse customers in a bustling retail setting, utilizing digital tools to communicate and educate them about T-Mobile offerings. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions to identify their needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and continually improve skills to provide outstanding customer experiences. Maintain strong customer relationships by being friendly, engaging, and reaching out proactively to drive sales. Collaborate with nearby store teams to enhance customer account set-up and service support. Education and Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED required. 6 months of customer service and/or retail sales experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong customer advocacy with a passion for enhancing customer experiences while achieving performance goals. Team-oriented, willing to share best practices, and support colleagues. Competitive spirit and confidence to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits: The hourly base pay starts at $17.50. After completing on-the-job training within the first 90 days, you can earn additional incentives that can lead to an annual potential of $20/hour combined with base pay and incentives.
