You will be engaged actively with customers in a busy retail environment, serving as an ambassador who generates excitement around our products and services. Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a diverse range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting. Utilize digital tools and effectively communicate to educate customers on T-Mobile solutions. Demonstrate the value of our products and services using solution-based techniques. Support customers through self-service options via the T-Mobile app. Receive training on the in-store experience, products, and relevant systems. Stay updated on promotions and enhance your skills to improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate with nearby store locations to ensure thorough onboarding of customers. Engage in skills training, knowledge sharing, and key store operational tasks. Deliver exceptional service, establishing trust and loyalty with each interaction. Proactively reach out to potential customers to drive sales activity. Build relationships with leadership and team members to enhance the customer experience. Education and Experience: High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Required Skills: Customer Satisfaction: A passionate advocate committed to connecting with customers and providing enjoyment in every interaction. Team Building: A strong desire to contribute to the T-Mobile store team, learning and sharing knowledge with peers and leaders. Sales Drive: Confidence and ambition to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. Must be: At least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour for training pay. Following your onboarding, Mobile Associates can advance to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance. All T-Mobile employees earn a guaranteed $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives.
