Retail Sales Manager Job Category: Retail/Store Admin Part-Time On-site Rate: $16 USD per hour Location: Lehi, UT 84043, USA Description As the Sales Manager, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed. You train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results. Your responsibilities include: Driving sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class, in-store guest experience. Motivating and inspiring the team through Mountain Khakis' core values. You're a role-model leader and you always hold associates accountable to rocking Mountain Khakis' service standards, especially on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. Training and developing associates to ensure they continue to provide outstanding service and represent a Guest First culture. Providing ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. You motivate associates and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance! Executing and innovating daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensuring store safety standards are maintained, you're committed to Asset Protection standards, you always adhere to Mountain Khakis' policies and procedures, and you do the right thing - always. Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate effectively with customers and employees in a retail environment. Must be able to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods of time, up to 85% or more of the assigned shift. Must be able to climb, reach, bend, stoop, and kneel to stock merchandise and access product on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance. Must be able to use hands and fingers to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and use standard store equipment.
