We're currently seeking a Retail Sales Manager - a customer-focused, goal-driven individual who can guide our in-store experience, drive sales, and support both our team and our customers.

What You'll Do: Greet customers and assess their tire and service needs Sell tires, automotive services, and accessories that meet both customer needs and store performance goals Manage sales transactions, including retail, wholesale, and national accounts Assist in managing shop workflow based on service sales and staff/equipment availability Track inventory, stock tires, and maintain point-of-sale displays Handle opening and closing duties, occasional tire mounting/balancing, and ensure deposits are made safely Lead by example to maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and work environment Why You'll Thrive at Conrad's:

What We're Looking For: Valid driver's license At least 1 year of experience in retail sales management Willingness to learn tire and auto repair tools and processes (we'll train you!) Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime when needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and occasional chemical exposure
