Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Manager! We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales and operations team while delivering outstanding customer service. This role is perfect for someone passionate about music and ready to inspire and support a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching, support, and motivation to the sales team to help them achieve their sales targets. Monitor financial metrics, inventory levels, and other essential statistics regularly. Ensure all store products are well-stocked and displayed attractively for customers. Oversee payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training of team members. Execute operational tasks for daily sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to instructors. Deliver exceptional customer service to every visitor, ensuring a welcoming environment. Take on additional duties as needed to support store success. Why Music & Arts?
