Job Details

- Responsibilities •Research, prospect and acquire new retail partnerships. •Manage the ongoing relationship of retail partnerships. •Manage program costs with innovative partnership structures. •Maintain weekly inventory of retail supplies; notify when supplies should be ordered. •Actively participate in recruiting efforts and refer potential teammates. •Assist in leading new hire classes and continuing training with teammates. •Create yearly and monthly goals that includes number of new retail locations, team members, set rate, number of demos, among other performance metrics. •Foster a culture of encouragement, motivation, and support. Qualifications •Ability to lead, develop, and mentor a large team. •Highly motivated, self-driven, and detailed oriented. •Nurturing and professional attitude. •Reliable and demonstrates a solid work ethic. •Microsoft office proficient, especially excel. •Ability to deliver positive, yet honest feedback to teammates based on performance. •Ability to organize and prioritize based on the needs of the organization. •Experience managing a team preferred. •Must be able to travel for business needs.
