As a Retail Sales Leader, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with retail partners and account teams to expand your territory by promoting our delicious brands. This position involves onsite work in retail stores from Monday to Friday.

Operating within a warehouse delivery model, you will aim to be the preferred partner while helping us provide the best products to families. Role Highlights:

Your Responsibilities:
Selling and Business Planning: Collaborate with key decision-makers. Utilize analytical tools and data to craft compelling selling narratives that drive business success.
Achieving Results: Meet essential metrics including POS (Point of Sale) budget, call coverage, and maintaining an optimal shelf strategy.
Building Relationships: Introduce innovative solutions to navigate challenges and enhance sales within the grocery sector.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
Proven track record of managing projects independently to achieve objectives.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, free from violations in the past 36 months.
Ability to perform physical tasks including extended walking, standing, and lifting moderately heavy items (20-25 pounds) as needed. Flexibility for extended work schedules, including nights and weekends, may be required.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this role ranges from $58,000 to $63,000, depending on factors such as experience and location. Additionally, discretionary bonuses are available based on individual and company performance.
