Your Role As a Retail Sales Lead, you will empower and inspire your team to create memorable experiences for our guests, directly contributing to our boutique’s success. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting leadership in enhancing business performance by driving daily sales and offering constructive feedback to the team. Fostering a strong sales culture focused on building an enthusiastic and dedicated team committed to exceptional guest service. Planning, delegating, and tracking tasks and priorities while maintaining a guest-first approach. Effectively communicating and liaising with the Boutique Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader. Strong planning and execution skills. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. A proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Demands Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, including bending, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
