What You'll Do: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage customers with our IT'SUGARTAINMENT model—welcome, entertain, and express gratitude. Assist with inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, aligned with our visual standards. Efficiently operate the POS/register to process transactions. Maximize Store Operations: Setup and merchandise displays according to visual guidelines. Assist in organizing special events and promotions. Follow Loss Prevention policies and communicate any relevant issues with the Store Manager. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including the sales floor, restrooms, and backroom. Achieve Sales Goals: Anticipate customer needs and suggest additional products that enhance their experience. Use effective selling techniques by discussing product benefits, features, and values. What You Need to Join the Fun: Must be 18 years of age or older. No prior retail experience required—just bring your optimistic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality! Flexible scheduling availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to operate a POS/register and other office equipment. Able to stand and walk for long periods, with the capability to lift/move up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance.
