Drive Sales and Lead a Team as a Sales Leader In this role, you will support the store leadership team by taking charge of daily operations and ensuring a stellar guest experience. Key Responsibilities: You will drive sales by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. As a key leader on duty, you will be an expert at driving sales and supporting store leadership in doing what it takes to maximize business opportunities. You will motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values and hold associates accountable to rocking AEO's service standards. You will make it a top priority to recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs. You will challenge sales and stock associates with clear, attainable goals and consistently provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. You will execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. You will maintain store safety standards, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing. Requirements: Previous retail management experience is required. You must be able to multi-task and have attention to detail, with priority-setting and time management as your strong suits. Business acumen is essential.
