As a Retail Sales Associate, you will ensure products are readily available by fulfilling merchandising needs and becoming an ambassador for renowned brands. Key responsibilities include: Providing in-store merchandising support such as building displays and preparing end caps. Resetting shelves according to product rotation guidelines. About You: You are friendly, enthusiastic, and confident in interacting with customers and management. You are at least 18 years old. You can perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You have reliable transportation to and from the work location. You possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. You have a proven ability to drive sales through promotional activities, building displays, and making plan-o-gram adjustments. You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on results. You can work independently and effectively build successful team dynamics.
