Job Description Engage proactively with customers across various departments to share detailed product knowledge. Refer customers to specialized sales teams as needed to ensure the best service experience. Promote IKEA Family memberships, store credit cards, and other available services. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience. Act as a Home Furnishing Host at the entrance by greeting guests and answering questions. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours during the 2nd shift. Customer service-oriented mindset with a helpful, friendly attitude. Team player who contributes to store goals and a welcoming environment. Previous experience in sales or customer service (1 year preferred).
