Job Description - Retail Sales Associate Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach that aligns with our Core Values. Prioritize customer needs first, ensuring exceptional service. Stay informed about ongoing promotions and advertisements to assist customers effectively. Work towards daily operational goals set by the store management. Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and their applications. Utilize strong merchandising skills to showcase products effectively. Assist in processing new shipments and maintain organization in receiving and back room areas. Education/Training: High School diploma or GED equivalent, or currently enrolled in school. Skills/Knowledge: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of DIY projects, electrical work, plumbing, tools, paint, and hardware is a plus. Salary: $17.00 - $17.50/hr based on experience. Full-time and part-time benefits available.
