Now, we’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and help us continue this meaningful mission.

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Recon Wear, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and respect for the Army’s core values. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting custom platoon and battalion gear that honors their Army journey.
- Providing knowledgeable and friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintaining the organization and presentation of merchandise to uphold our high standards.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the overall store environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven and personable individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse customer base.
- A passion for delivering excellent service and attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
