Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service in an ethical and professional manner
Successfully overturn objections
Meet or exceed sales goals
Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support by attending daily meetings
Capitalize on sales opportunities with generated client leads
Recommend and upsell products
Manage given territory properly
Educate decision-makers on the benefits of solar

Retail Sales Associate Requirements:
