Do you love tea, cooking, or baking? We're looking for responsible, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing communi-TEA as a Part-Time Retail Associate!

In this role, you'll help guests explore handcrafted spice blends, loose-leaf teas, and specialty ingredients in a warm and flavorful retail environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet guests and offer personalized recommendations
Share samples and recipe ideas to enhance the guest experience
Accurately bag, label, and measure teas, spices, and ingredients
Merchandise the store with creativity and attention to detail
Restock shelves and maintain clean, visually appealing displays
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions efficiently
Take initiative and responsibility for daily tasks and store upkeep

Who You Are:

Passionate about tea, cooking, or baking
Friendly, guest-focused and professional
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Comfortable following precise measurements and packaging standards
Willing to learn and grow toward extensive product knowledge
Takes pride in accountability and consistency
Able to adapt and contribute to a strong, established team dynamic
Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
