The Retail Sales Associate assists Ollie's customers and helps maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for customer service, running registers, merchandising, and store maintenance. Primary Responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging every customer with Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" approach, managing cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, and being an expert in the store and inventory. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive attitude. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push and pull up to 35 pounds. This pay represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade.
