Permanent Position: Retail Sales Associate

Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also assist in inventory management and help with visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand and promote company products and services to customers

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system

- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization

- Help with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise

- Assist in creating attractive displays and visual merchandising

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail sales experience preferred

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Basic math skills for processing transactions

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
