Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the right tires and auto services to meet their needs. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of our tire and auto service offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Engage with customers both in person and over the phone to identify their automotive needs and offer appropriate solutions. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Collaborate with the service department to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including merchandise displays and showroom appearance.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus. Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and basic office software. Flexibility to work Saturdays as required by the business. Knowledge of tires and auto services is desirable, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
