WHAT'S THE ROLE ABOUT? We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales Associate, Team Leader who excels in customer service and mentoring team members in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include: Providing a warm welcome to every guest by engaging in thoughtful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyles. Being a product knowledge expert, effectively selling a variety of apparel including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing. Helping to create a customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching in sales techniques and operational standards. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT? To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college/university degree is helpful but not required. Experience demonstrating exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. The physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. The hourly rate for this position is $9.80 - $13.20 per hour, plus a commission rate ranging from 1.5% to 6% based on personal sales volume. Associates also have the chance to earn a quarterly bonus based on store performance.
