As a Retail Sales Associate in the Saddle Shop, you will: Assist customers with personalized service to help them select the perfect goods. Utilize your skills in up-selling and cross-selling merchandise to enhance the customer experience. Create a welcoming and professional environment that reflects our hospitality-driven approach. Engage customers in meaningful conversations and provide detailed product knowledge about our exceptional leather goods. Stay informed about merchandise promotions, sales, and advertisements to better assist customers. Support store operations including merchandising, display maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness. Contribute to inventory management by processing and replenishing merchandise. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash accountability at POS registers. Communicate effectively with management regarding customer requests and store needs. Promote the rich history of King Ranch and answer customer questions with enthusiasm. Assist in personalizing selected leather goods. What We’re Looking For: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience; experience with luxury goods or outdoor products is a plus. A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively problem-solve. A team player with a genuine passion for the King Ranch brand, craftsmanship, and the outdoors. Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, from product handling to customer interactions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. A high school diploma is required. Experience with platforms like Shopify, NetSuite, and Oracle is an advantage.
