Job Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate specializing in mobile solutions, you will be part of a dynamic Retail Team of Experts, embodying the T-Mobile brand and bringing it to life for our customers. Your passion for technology and customer engagement will shine in our fast-paced environment. You will connect with customers, build relationships, and deepen existing ones—all while discovering their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether they began online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
Demonstrate the latest technology in-store and provide personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans.
Maintain composure, integrity, and compassion while addressing service and sales needs.
Utilize digital tools to showcase T-Mobile's exceptional coverage and services to customers.
Participate in training, continuously refining your skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Collaborate with teammates and other T-Mobile employees to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.
A genuine passion for serving customers and the ability to have fun while doing it!
Proven ability to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
Willingness to collaborate with peers and learn from others while actively serving customers.
Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
Licenses and Certifications:
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour during training. Within the first 90 days, receive on-the-job training and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full-time status. Additionally, every employee at T-Mobile is guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives, along with eligibility for an Annual Stock Grant.
