Requirements: Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Personal passion for customer service and a desire to connect with people (Required) Proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment (Required) Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to learning (Required) Ability to balance customer satisfaction with performance objectives (Required) Fluency in English and Spanish preferred Additional Information: Must be at least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days, successful Mobile Associates can promote to the Mobile Expert role with access to an annual incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. Every employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
