Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs. Assist customers in finding products and provide solutions to their inquiries. Handle returns and online pickups efficiently. Multitask on cashier, sales, and merchandising responsibilities. Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns. Create a positive and inviting environment for customers. Engage with customers using basic selling skills to present solutions. Be flexible with responsibilities, including cleaning and stocking shelves.
Requirements
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the store's needs. Strong desire to engage with customers and understand their needs. Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment. Skill in managing conflict in a reasonable and non-confrontational manner. Integrity in handling customer and business information. Physical ability to lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk continuously.
