Starting hourly rates will be no less than the local minimum wage, varying based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. For various positions, the rates range as follows: Meat Associate - $16.53 to $27.70, Seafood Associate - $16.53 to $20.10, Floral Associate - $16.53 to $22.15, Produce Associate - $16.53 to $22.15, Bakery Associate - $16.53 to $21.15, and others.
