Retail Sales Assistant Must-Dos:
Greet and guide customers as they explore home improvement products (smiles included).
Demo features, highlight benefits, and basically make products shine brighter than a fresh coat of paint.
Hit (and hopefully crush) your sales targets to earn weekly commission.
Keep displays neat, tidy, and Pinterest-worthy.
Handle questions, resolve issues, and make sure customers walk out happier than when they walked in.
Stay on top of trends in home improvement - because “outdated” is not in our vocabulary.
Pitch in with stocking and inventory when needed (no heavy lifting required… maybe)
