Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion in core markets: grocery, retail, cinema, fitness, healthcare, and self-storage. Travel to project sites in AL, GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, and VA as required. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications: 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Extensive experience in core markets: grocery, retail, cinema, fitness, healthcare, and self-storage. Willingness to travel regularly across AL, GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, and VA. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Proven track record of delivering multi-site projects on time and within budget. Experience managing diverse teams and subcontractors across multiple states.
