As a Produce Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of products on our shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities: Receive and stock produce, including fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and other perishable items. Maintain the produce floor and displays, ensuring that all products are visually appealing and well-stocked. Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about produce availability and quality. Participate in inventory management and control processes to ensure accurate and efficient stocking levels. Monitor and maintain equipment and tools used in the produce department, such as refrigerators and freezers. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a retail or grocery setting preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.
