The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising pharmacy staff, and delivering patient-centered services including immunizations. Position Details: Setting: Retail Pharmacy Schedule: MondayFriday: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM Sunday: Closed Employment Type: Direct Hire (Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Register with the state board as supervising pharmacist or PIC Ensure pharmacy compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations Oversee operations including budget, payroll, inventory, and scheduling Train, manage, and evaluate pharmacy support staff Administer immunizations and participate in patient-centered care (e.g., MTM, wellness programs) Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, and therapy optimization Engage in community outreach and business development activities Maintain a clean, organized, and legally compliant work environment Requirements: Active New York Pharmacist License Required Immunization Certification Required Must be comfortable administering all vaccines Required Recent pharmacy management or leadership experience Preferred Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and compliance standards Ability to lead a team and provide exceptional patient care Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
