Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Parts Counter Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be the face of the store-greeting customers, answering questions, and helping with product selections and purchases. Pay Rate: $19-22/hr

Type: Contract to hire

Location: Rochester, NY

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with trailer parts and supply needs

Answer incoming calls and provide accurate product information

Process sales and handle front counter transactions efficiently

Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor

Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and merchandising

Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer service

Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail, parts sales, or customer service preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed

Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong team player

Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
