Join Our Team as a Retail Operations Manager! As a Retail Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily sales and operational activities while delivering exceptional customer service standards. We're looking for a passionate leader who can inspire and motivate our sales team to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Monitor financial performance, inventory levels, and relevant statistics to make informed decisions. Ensure product availability and display aesthetics are maintained to enhance the customer shopping experience. Oversee payroll processes, recruitment, hiring, and training of store employees to build an effective team. Manage daily operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts. Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and provide assistance to our teachers. Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and engaging environment. Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the store’s success. Why Music & Arts? Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in retail management. A passion for music and musical experience.
