What You Bring to the Table: You have exceptional verbal communication skills and can convey information clearly. You demonstrate initiative with quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Your Key Responsibilities: Complete daily accounting paperwork accurately and on time. Supervise, train, and develop team members while ensuring they meet operational standards. Monitor cash handling and inventory; assist in investigating discrepancies. Maintain business records, including cashier accountability sheets. Handle banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative tasks following cash control policies. Ensure store safety and cleanliness while complying with all safety and environmental guidelines. Engage in promotional initiatives and maintain high guest service standards. Your Essentials: Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks. Strong communication, counting, and writing skills. Basic computer proficiency is required.
