Truist Mortgage Loan Sales And Marketing Position Responsible for the sales and marketing of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and procedures as well as consistent, effective referrals of mortgage clients for other bank services. Essential duties include executing effective mortgage marketing and development plans, maintaining knowledge of mortgage strategies and policies, adhering to Truist policies and procedures, providing mortgage clients with sound advice, and executing on Truist's referral process. Qualifications Required qualifications include: 1+ year(s) experience in banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types, good organizational, written and verbal communication skills, solid interpersonal and negotiation skills, proficiency in relevant computer applications, and compliance with SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act within 30 days of employment. Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related studies or equivalent financial sales experience, two or more years of experience in residential mortgage lending, and previous sales awards and leadership positions. Working Conditions Sitting/standing/walking/bending/lifting up to 25 lbs. Visual/audio/speaking ability to access and interpret client information and communicate with individuals in person and on the phone. Manual dexterity/keyboarding ability to work standard office equipment. Availability to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
