As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, your role will be vital in delivering outstanding in-store support to retailers. You'll engage in building displays, resetting shelves for product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. Ready to influence the future of shopping? Join us! Your daily activities will include: Promoting programs and additional inventory while merchandising products on shelves. Establishing relationships with key decision-makers at each store visit. Achieving Key Performance Indicators for each evaluation period. Traveling within your territory to complete scheduled store visits. Providing timely and accurate reports on your activities. What we offer: Competitive wages: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. You can effectively communicate, follow coaching, deliver results, and manage multiple tasks. Experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or consumer packaged goods is preferred. You should be comfortable with physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. A company-provided tablet will be used for recording your work daily. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently within your assigned area are essential. You must be capable of transporting displays and equipment.
