This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule. As a Beauty Barrage Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will engage consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands. Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. We work with retailers like ULTA, Sephora, Blue Mercury, Nordstrom, Macy\'s, and more. Our specialists are self-starters, effective communicators, highly organized, and passionate about the beauty industry. You will ensure products are displayed effectively to meet consumer needs and drive sales through market execution. Responsibilities Travel to assigned stores to conduct visits within the designated territory Maintain store shelves by surveying displays, removing damaged or expired products, tidying shelves, and ensuring optimum product displays Maintain inventory by restocking, tracking levels, prompting store management to reorder, and arranging returns or credits for damaged products Assist field sales with promotions by setting up end-cap displays, monitoring promotions, and communicating observations to management Follow standards to ensure all components and collateral match schematics and maintain quality results Accept ownership of new requests and explore opportunities to add value to the role Complete and submit branded surveys within the allotted time Other tasks as requested by management Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills with integrity and business maturity; unbiased interactions Beauty-savvy with the ability to represent the brand look while adhering to retailer dress codes Ability to read and interpret rendering schematics for merchandising displays Own a personal Apple or Android device for uploading photos and surveys Proficient with a smartphone and open lines of communication (email, video/video calls, phone, text) Flexible availability with morning to midday hours and occasional weekends Ability to travel within a designated market up to a 100-mile radius Compensation & Benefits $30 hourly Accrue PTO hours Paid drive time Paid training and education Generous referral bonus Opportunities to grow with a company experiencing significant year-over-year growth Company Values Obsessed with success — we over-deliver We skip to work — we love what we do Evolve or die — we challenge the status quo We got the tattoo — this is a career Embrace the chaos — beauty isn\'t always pretty We\'ve got your back — we support each other and celebrate wins Do the right thing — accountability and transparency Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.
