As a Retail Merchandising Lead, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional in-store merchandising support. Your responsibilities will include: Building eye-catching displays and end caps to attract shoppers. Resetting shelves according to product rotation guidelines to maximize sales. Tracking inventory effectively to ensure optimal product availability. Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. About you: You enjoy interacting with customers and management with a positive, outgoing attitude. You are 18 years or older. You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You have reliable transportation to and from your work location. You bring 1-2 years of merchandising experience. You have a background in leading and training teams. You can document your work using a smartphone or tablet after each shift. You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members. You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results.
