As a Retail Merchandising Lead, you will play a key role in providing essential in-store merchandising support to retailers. Your tasks will include constructing eye-catching displays and end caps, resetting shelves according to product rotation, and monitoring inventory to help maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers. You are physically capable of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You have reliable transportation to and from your work location. You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience. You have experience in leading and training individuals. You are comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to log your work after each shift. You demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. You are a motivated self-starter focused on action and results. You work well independently yet excel in team-building settings.
