Our NBA franchise in Portland is looking for a Retail Merchandiser/Planner to join our growing Brand & Retail team. In this role, you’ll bring our brand to life through strategic product storytelling, retail planning, and on-trend merchandising. This is more than a merchandising job—it’s an opportunity to shape how fans experience our team both in-store and online. Key Responsibilities Assist Buyer in selecting, ordering, and replenishing merchandise to align with team brand, fan demand, and seasonal strategies Manage the budget for purchasing new merchandise Provide regular analysis of business trends, pre-season and post-season, along with actions that support effective inventory management and maximize sales and margin Plan and manage seasonal assortments, product placement, and floor sets Lead game-day merchandising execution, supporting promotions, giveaways, and retail activations Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices Work with Marketing, E-commerce, and Game Operations teams to align retail promotions with broader team initiatives Create and cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment Create business recaps to inform short-term and long-term financial strategies/action plans Preferred Qualifications 2+ years experience in retail merchandising or planning, preferably in apparel, sports, or lifestyle brands Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and storytelling Proficient in retail analytics tools and POS/inventory systems Ability to use sales financial data to make decisions Experience collaborating in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Record of prioritizing, influencing and decision making at multiple levels in the organization Ability to work evenings and weekends, as NBA schedule requires Curious about Life at Levy?
